1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Keentradage ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, automated crypto trading bots, algorithmic signal feeds, analytical tools, and related software solutions (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing our interfaces, or otherwise utilizing any component of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must discontinue access to and use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Safeguards

To access or utilize the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility prerequisites:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the complete legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not a resident of, or subject to sanctions enforced by, any restricted jurisdictions or international sanction lists.
• You will ensure that your use of automated execution software complies with all applicable local, national, and international financial regulations.

You remain solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials, API secret keys, two-factor authentication sequences, and any session integrity. Keentradage accepts no liability for unapproved activities occurring through credentials entrusted to you.

3. Algorithmic Software and Trading Nature

Keentradage provides automated data ingestion, computational market modeling, quantitative indicator triggers, and execution interfaces. Under no circumstances does Keentradage operate as an investment firm, portfolio manager, registered broker-dealer, financial advisory firm, or custodian of fiat assets.

The Platform operates strictly on algorithmic rules configured or triggered by software parameters. You acknowledge that all digital currency trading, automated execution, and risk configurations remain your independent decision. We do not provide personalized financial, taxation, or investment guidance.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

In utilizing our Platform, you explicitly agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:

• Circumventing platform rate limits, firewalls, architectural security controls, or authentication protocols;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain platform proprietary trading algorithms or models;
• Deploying automated scripts or bots intended to distort, overload, or disrupt platform server operations;
• Utilizing the software for illicit market manipulation, money laundering, spoofing, wash trading, or terrorist financing;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing analytical feeds or proprietary trading scripts without explicit written consent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, user interfaces, branding assets, algorithmic models, statistical indicators, design layouts, and documentation embodied within the Platform are the proprietary property of Keentradage or its licensors. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms.

6. Third-Party Integrations and Exchanges

Our software connects with independent third-party crypto asset exchanges via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Keentradage exercises no control over third-party order books, exchange liquidity, network custody, or execution latency. We shall not be held liable for losses resulting from exchange downtime, api disconnections, order rejection, or liquidations performed by external execution venues.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any variety, whether express, statutory, or implied. Keentradage explicitly disclaims all warranties regarding operational uptime, algorithmic infallibility, profitability, or accuracy of historical backtests.

Under no legal doctrine shall Keentradage, its officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, capital losses, data corruption, or operational interruptions resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any controversy, claim, or dispute arising hereunder.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be provided through updated publication dates on this page.
